Refund policy

General Terms

We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return window of up to 7 days on select merchandise. Please see below for specific product details.

No returns or exchanges are allowed after 7 days.

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt. 

All items must be in new, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and information still attached.

Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

If you are unclear on our return policy, please contact us for assistance prior to placing your order.

Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase (see exceptions below).

Return shipping fees may apply for purchases made online or by phone/email.

Items returned without original packaging, tags, and/or labels will receipt store credit only and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days.

Closeout, Clearance, "AS-IS" Items

Closeout, clearance, and "AS-IS" items are considered final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. 

Custom Orders

Made-to-order, Custom Order, and Special Order merchandise are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable 

Furniture and Umbrellas

A minimum 20% restocking charge will be imposed on all furniture and umbrella returns or cancellations.

Any returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt.

All items must be in original condition, free of any damage.

If a pickup is required, a fee equal to the delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery fees are non refundable. 

Christmas Merchandise

No Christmas items will be accepted for return or exchange after December 24th.

Everyday gift item (non-Christmas) purchased between November 15-December 24th may be exchanged when accompanied by a receipt up till January 7th.

No refunds on Custom Orders or Bows.

Christmas Clearance Policy

 All sales are final - no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Pre-lit Christmas trees are covered by the Manufacturer's warranty only

No gift wrap or boxes on clearance items.
